OMO -- One Minute ASOS Precipitation Inventory

  OMO -- One Minute ASOS (listed as HFMETAR) PCP1H is an accum starting ~45 minutes after the hour until 44 minutes after the next hour.
  Starting with version 4.0.13 (2025) OMO data is stored under PCP1HA instead of PCP1H.  PCP1H is  Accumulated Precip - 1h ASOS starttm
